Fee's

 

Little Ducklings Childcare is open from 7am - 6pm Monday to friday

 

The fee's are as follows - 

 

£3.50 per hour between 7am - 6pm

£4.50 per hour before 7am and after 6pm (charged by the half hour)

 

I offer a sibling discount of 10% off of the hourly rate

 

These fee's include all healthy snacks and drinks.

 

Meals are not included

 

 

Payments

 

Payment is to be made in advance of care, on the 1st of each month.

 

Any hours additional to those contracted, will be payable at the payment date following those additional hours.

 

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or childcare vouchers.

 

Bank Account details for payments are available at request.

 

Please speak to me if you would like to use childcare vouchers as I will need to register with the particular company that provides your vouchers before I am able to accept them.

 

Please note - If you are late with your payment, then care will have to be suspended until the payment has been received.

 

 

Holidays

 

I am entitled to take 4 weeks holiday per year. If I do plan to take a holiday then I will provide you with at least 4 weeks notice to ensure that you have enough time to be able to make other arrangements.

 

No fee will be charged when I take a holiday, as the setting will be closed and my service will be unavailable.

 

If you should take any holiday then the full contracted amount must still be paid, as my service is still available. This also applies if you take your child out for a single day.

 

Please could you give me at least 1 weeks’ notice of any holidays or other days off that you are planning.

 

 

Sickness

 

If I am unwell, and therefore unable to take care of your child, then you will not be charged for the time I am unavailable.

 

If your child is unwell and therefore unable to attend, then the full fee remains payable.
